124 Schools Shift to Online Learning for April 3 Elections

Kuwait: The Ministry of Education in Kuwait has made a significant announcement regarding the upcoming April 3 elections. MoE declared that 124 schools across the nation will transition to remote online learning for the day. The decision comes as part of the ministry’s strategic plan to facilitate the smooth functioning of the electoral process. Also ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff. These designated schools will serve as polling centers for voters during the elections.

While in-person studies will resume for all schools from Sunday, March 31, until Monday, April 8, the selected 124 schools will pivot to remote online learning specifically on Wednesday, April 3.

This proactive measure demonstrates the ministry’s commitment to supporting the electoral process while minimizing disruptions to students’ education. By leveraging online learning platforms, students in these schools will continue their academic pursuits without interruption.

The ministry has assured parents, students, and educators that necessary arrangements have been made to ensure a seamless transition to online learning on the specified date.
