Kuwait City: The Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Cultural Center’s Space Museum declared that Ramadan is expected to start on Monday, March 11. Calculations predict that on Sunday (March 10) 11 minutes after dusk, the crescent moon should be visible at the museum’s planetarium.

Khalid Al-Juman, the supervisor of the museum, emphasized the planetarium’s sophisticated ability to replicate astronomical phenomena. Based on this calculation, Shawwal (Eid al-Fitr) day one should fall on Wednesday, April 10.
