Kuwait City, Kuwait: Hajj pilgrims traveling to Makkah from Kuwait can stay connected with loved ones back home for free this year, thanks to a generous offer from Zain, a leading mobile network operator in Kuwait.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Zain will provide its top roaming plan, “Roaming Plus,” free of charge to all postpaid and prepaid customers registered with the Ministry’s certified Hajj campaigns.
This complimentary service ensures pilgrims can make calls, send messages, and access the internet at no additional cost during their holy journey.
Key details of the offer:
- Free Roaming Plus plan includes:
- 30 local minutes (within Saudi Arabia)
- 30 minutes for calls back to Kuwait
- 30 SMS messages per week
- 3GB of daily internet data (with fair usage policy)
- Available from June 9th to June 22nd, coinciding with the Hajj period.
- Valid only in designated Hajj ritual locations.
- Eligible customers registered with the Ministry will receive instructions on how to redeem the offer.
This initiative marks the second time Zain has partnered with the Ministry to provide free mobile services to Hajj pilgrims, fostering seamless communication and peace of mind during this significant religious event.
