This new feature allows companies to submit requests for verification of employee qualifications electronically, streamlining the process for both employers and workers.

What qualifications can be verified?
The electronic service caters to verification of academic credentials ranging from secondary school certificates (grade 12) to doctoral degrees.
Required Documents:
- Secondary School: Copy of high school certificate (grade 12) with grades.
- Diploma or Higher Degrees:
- Original certificates with required stamps.
- Translations for any foreign certificates.
- Original transcripts for all academic years (showing all subjects, levels, and years of study).
- Equivalency from the Ministry of Higher Education (if applicable).
- Certificate of professional practice or approval/license from relevant authority (for specific professions).
Renewal Process:
Documents for renewal of work permits tied to academic qualifications should be uploaded three months before the expiration date.
Additional Notes:
- In case of transfer request rejections, worker certificates may need to be uploaded for manual review.
- The electronic system requires transcripts to include details of all academic subjects, levels, and years of study from secondary school onwards.
