MoH Warns of Overtime Absenteeism in Hospitals and Clinics
Kuwait City, Kuwait: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health has issued a stern warning to staff assigned to overtime shifts in government hospitals and clinics. The Ministry announced intensified inspection campaigns to identify individuals who are absent during their designated overtime hours.

Officials who are scheduled to work overtime but are found missing during inspections will be removed from the overtime list entirely. The Ministry emphasized that absenteeism or tardiness during mandatory overtime shifts, particularly when staff shortages exist, will be dealt with seriously.
This move by the Ministry of Health aims to ensure that critical healthcare services are adequately staffed during extended hours.
