The Ministry of Interior declared on Sunday that it would start accepting applications from men and women for the 2024 parliamentary elections as of today, Monday. The application procedure will run for ten days, ending on March 13. Amer Al-Ajmi, the government spokesman and head of the local affairs sector, announced on February 27 that the Kuwaiti Cabinet has approved a draft decree inviting citizens to choose representatives for the National Assembly (Parliament) on April 4, 2024.
