Kuwait City, Kuwait: Kuwait is gearing up for a significant boost in its power and water generation capacity through a series of public-private partnership projects. The Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, in collaboration with the Public-Private Partnership Projects Authority, is inviting bids for the development of two new Independent Water and Power Producer facilities.
