Kuwait’s Amir Extends Eid al-Fitr Wishes to Citizens and Expats
Kuwait: In an official statement released on Monday by the Amiri Diwan, His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, extended his warmest greetings to the nation on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

The Amir’s message conveyed heartfelt congratulations to both Kuwaiti citizens and residents residing within the country. It emphasized a sincere hope for continued unity and harmony among all segments of Kuwaiti society.
The Amiri Diwan further extended its Eid salutations to His Highness the Amir himself. Also to His Highness the Prime Minister, Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah.
The official statement also offered Eid greetings to the broader Arab and Muslim world. It expressed a prayer for enhanced security and peace throughout these regions.
Eid al-Fitr, marking the conclusion of the holy month of Ramadan, is expected to be a four-day public holiday in Kuwait, commencing on April 9th. This public holiday will likely facilitate gatherings and festivities for residents to celebrate the occasion.
