Kuwait City: The Ministry of Information has announced that the voter turnout for the 2024 National Assembly elections across all districts reached 62.1%. A total of 518,365 male and female voters participated in the electoral process, demonstrating significant civic engagement and participation.

Meanwhile, His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, extended his gratitude to ministers and heads of state agencies for their contributions to the success and orderly conduct of the elections. In cables of thanks, His Highness expressed appreciation for the remarkable efforts undertaken by ministries and state departments in organizing and preparing for the elections in a systematic manner.

His Highness also commended the members of the judiciary commission who supervised the electoral process, acknowledging their dedication to ensuring the credibility and transparency of the elections.
