Royal Pharmacy: We are keen to provide medicines and medical products to our customers all over Kuwait

As part of Royal Pharmacy’s continued efforts to improve its services and meet its customers’ needs more effectively, Royal Pharmacy in Kuwait has announced the expansion of its delivery fleet in a move aimed at covering all areas of the country and ensuring that medicines and health products reach customers quickly and efficiently.

In this context, the Director of Logistics Development at Royal Pharmacy, Dr. Bader Bushehri, revealed that the number of delivery vehicles for “Royal” has increased to more than 500 vehicles, which is enough to cover all areas of the country in light of the pharmacy’s strategy that is based on the continuity of developing and improving the quality of its services.

He stressed that our fleet of vehicles for delivering medicines and pharmaceutical products is equipped with the latest equipment and requirements that ensure meeting all standards for ensuring the safety of products during transportation. We also have an ideal team that provides this service with the support of human resources, information technology, operations, and call center employees to follow up on the delivery of medicines and products on time.

For his part, the General Manager of Royal Pharmacy, Dr. Adel Al-Turkait, confirmed that this step comes within the framework of Royal’s keenness to provide the best health solutions and facilitate customers’ access to medicines and medical products easily throughout the country.

He pointed out that Royal continues its commitment to meet the increasing expectations of its customers and their needs, especially in light of the great demand for fast home delivery services, which provides comfort to our customers, especially those who may face transportation problems, wishing everyone good health and wellness.

It is worth noting that Royal, in order to provide more comfort to its customers, launched, for the first time in Kuwait, a home delivery service for medicines about 22 years ago to facilitate the provision of the service to those requesting it and to insurance policy holders.
