Kuwait City, Kuwait: Citizens and residents in Kuwait now have a new way to connect with government officials. The Government Communication Center announced a service on the “Sahel” app allowing users to request interviews with state officials for the Tawasul system.

“Sahl,” the unified application for government electronic services, now includes 43 government agencies. This new feature aims to enhance transparency, improve service quality, and provide a faster and more efficient way to resolve problems and complaints.
The Government Communication Center made the announcement on their official social media account. This move signifies a step towards more open communication between the public and the government.
