Introducing New Services to Sahel App!

Kuwait City, Kuwait: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice announced a significant expansion of its digital services through the “Sahel” app, the country’s unified platform for government e-services.

Dr. Muhammad Al-Wasmi, the Minister of Justice, revealed plans to launch 19 new electronic services within the next year. Additionally, 10 new notification features will be activated on the “Sahel” app.

This initiative highlights the Ministry’s commitment to digital transformation and enhancing customer service. By expanding its digital services, the Ministry aims to improve the ease and quality of services accessible to the public through the “Sahel” app.

In 2023 alone, “Sahel” facilitated over 1.2 million electronic transactions and delivered more than 4 million notifications to its users. This significant usage demonstrates the app’s growing popularity as a convenient platform for accessing government services in Kuwait.
