Citizens have until September 30th, 2024, and residents have until December 30th, 2024 to complete the registration. Failure to do so will result in a suspension of all transactions with the MOI.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Appointment Required: Walk-ins will not be accepted. Book your appointment through the “Sahl” app, the appointment box, or for English speakers, the “Matta” platform website.
  • Locations: Registration is happening at designated centers within the General Administration of Criminal Evidence’s Personal Investigation Departments.

The MOI urges everyone to take advantage of this extension and complete the registration process for a smoother experience with their services, reported Al Rai daily.
