The union specifically emphasizes the positive attributes of Filipino domestic workers. They cite their educational background, proficiency in English language communication, and proven track record of providing high-quality services as valuable assets for Kuwaiti households. Furthermore, KUODWRO acknowledges the crucial role Filipino domestic workers play in alleviating the workload of Kuwaiti families, particularly during the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, when household demands traditionally increase.
