Kuwait Launches New Travelers’ Health Service
Kuwait City, Kuwait: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health has announced a new “Travelers’ Health” service to provide comprehensive health advice and preventive measures to travelers.

Starting on Sunday, June 2nd, the service will be available at six clinics across various governorates. Additionally, the Public Health Department in Shuwaikh will offer the service year-round.
Services Offered
- Pre-travel and post-return health advice
- Information on widespread diseases at your destination
- Travel safety and health prevention tips
- Vaccinations recommended for your specific travel destination
- Preventive medications, such as antimalarials
Clinic Locations and Availability
The service will be available during mornings within official working hours at the following clinics:
- Farwaniya Governorate: Al-Raqi Health Center (Sundays & Thursdays)
- Jahra Governorate: Al-Oyoun Health Center (Sundays & Wednesdays)
- Hawalli Governorate: Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital (Mondays & Wednesdays)
- Capital Governorate: Abdul Rahman Abdul-Mughni Center (Al-Fayhaa)
- Al-Ahmadi Governorate: Al-Ahmadi Health Center (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
- Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate: Al-Zahraa Health Center
The Public Health Department in Shuwaikh will offer the service year-round, regardless of the day of the week.
