Key Logistics Secured:
- Accommodation: Hotels and designated residences are fully prepared to welcome pilgrims upon their arrival.
- Transportation: All necessary transportation contracts for Kuwaiti Hajj groups have been finalized.
- Designated Areas: Camps in Mina and Arafat are ready to accommodate pilgrims during the Hajj rituals.
Hajj Caravan Pricing:
The Ministry advises pilgrims of the varying costs associated with Hajj caravans. Prices depend on the chosen room type, ranging from KD 1,590 for a shared room to KD 12,000 for a single VIP room.
Important Reminders:
- Beware of Unregistered Caravans: Authorities strongly urge pilgrims to avoid unregistered caravan companies offering reduced prices. These companies may pose legal risks and hinder the ability to perform Hajj rituals.
- Focus on Unity: Religious guides will be instructed to emphasize national unity and discourage the spread of sectarianism among pilgrims.
Despite finalized preparations, some uncertainties remain for Kuwaiti pilgrims. Saudi Arabia has yet to approve an increase in the pilgrim quota, potentially limiting the number of Kuwaitis who can participate. Additionally, three Hajj caravan companies have opted out this year, which could affect the availability of services for pilgrims, reported Al Qabas daily.
