Abu Dhabi claimed the top spot in the region and ranked 76th globally, followed by Dubai at 78th. The improved standings of Gulf cities are attributed to investments in infrastructure, education, and healthcare.
Vienna retained its position as the world’s most liveable city for the third consecutive year. London placed 45th, while Hong Kong rose to 50th. Damascus remains the world’s least liveable city, reported Arab Times.
