The embassy emphasizes the following:
- BLS International Service Center: Amnesty seekers should visit the BLS International service center to initiate the EC application process.
- Emergency Certificate Fee: The fee for the EC itself is definitively set at 5 Kuwaiti Dinar (KD).
- Transparency in Charges: The embassy strongly advises against any payments exceeding the established fees for the specified services.
BLS Service Fee Structure:
- Service Charge: A standard service charge of 1 KD will be levied by BLS International.
- Optional Services: BLS offers a range of optional services to assist applicants, including:
- Form filling: 300 fils
- Photography: 300 fils
- Photocopying: 100 fils per page
- Web Printing: 150 fils per page
It is crucial to note that these BLS services are entirely voluntary. Citizens have the option to complete these tasks themselves to minimize additional charges.
