Hawalli Municipality Launches Campaign to Remove State Land Encroachments
The Violations Removal Department at the Hawalli Municipality, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works, has initiated a campaign to clear encroachments on state property, including illegal canopies and outdoor divans.
Ayed Al-Qahtani, head of the department, explained to Al-Rai that the campaign is a coordinated effort to remove all obstructions that hinder road repair and maintenance. The operation began in the Bayan area at the request of the Ministry of Public Works.
