Key Requirements for Nursery Operators:
- Submit an official letter along with a detailed activity plan outlining the proposed period, objectives, and duration of summer or evening operation.
- Obtain written approval annually from the relevant committee.
- Provide a statement confirming a clean record with no violations or complaints filed against the institution.
- For nurseries serving children with special needs, approval from the Public Authority for the Affairs of Persons with Disabilities is mandatory.
- Secure approval from neighbors, following the guidelines set by the Kuwait Municipality for summer/evening operations.
- Submit a list of staff members who will be present during operation hours, including their fitness certificates.
